Meech Lake Mergansers
With the wicked heat wave we're having right now the best place to be is on the water. In a canoe of course!
Here's a family of mergansers on Meech Lake which is fairly close to where we live and a lovely lake to canoe.
These little ones were just so cute.
With families this large not likely they'll be on the endangered species list for a while. Talk about a close-knit family!
And for JM who wasn't too sure what these ducks look like.
