Here's the thing: i've been putting off worrying about it for months, but now it's time to make the offer-
If you, or anyone you know, is looking for a place to live next year, let me know! I have a great apartment that's pretty inexpensive that will be half empty before i know it. I won't waste my energy typing the details...if you want to know more, send a reply.
and, since i thought i'd have this taken care of long ago, and now i'm starting to get concerned, also let me know if you're looking for a roommate. I love my apartment, but i don't love the idea of paying for it all alone for a year! :-D
Oh, and why is this an offer you can't refuse? because, if you take me up on it, i'll love you FOREVER.
and really, who can refuse that!?
