I just thought I would crow for a moment. The foxglove seedlings that I planted a month ago and that looked so fragile and short lived are thriving! Seattle has had some of the worst unseasonable hot weather I have ever survived and the foxgloves are not only still alive they are thriving!
I tried a three tiered fountain out of glazed drain pots (the hose always leaks and the water is going to fill the bird/wild water bath at the end) but it isn't quite right yet. I know exactly what I want to do to fix it, just haven't done that yet.
soon.
