ladies and gentlemen,
it has come to the attention of certain official parties that people read this journal. this came as quite an alarming shock to afore mentioned parties and they were forced to take drastic measures. (afore mentioned parties never claimed intelligence.) due to the reception of this recent information, the powers that be have decided to limit entries of sensitive content to "friends only." seeing as this is a journal, a significant percentage of entries are of a sensitive content. therefore, if you wish to be granted security clearance to gain access to this information, you will need to complete the following application procedure:
create a livejournal account.
under your new livejournal account name, comment on this post requesting to be added as a "friend"
your request will be reviewed by the Friend Request Review Advisory Board (the FRRAB, if you will) to be signed in triplicate, lost, found, buried in soft peat for three months and finally recycled as fire lighters.
the FRABB will contact you once they have reached a decision regarding your application.
