Random notes
1. I'm about to go mostly offline for two weeks. Not just "not posting much" offline--been doing that a lot, recently (although I am writing for work, so I'm making my Making goals)--but Real Offline. yay.
2. When reviewing a project, the first thing I like to do is make a spreadsheet and a chart or two for quick visual overviews and comparisons ("chapter 6 is has 50% more of xyz than chapters 2-5. Let's go fix it.") My supervisor is also the type who likes a good chart, and understands why I like to disappear to my desk to make charts before having a meeting. This makes for good interpersonal dynamics. yay.
3. Packaged hot chocolate often isn't. But today's was. yay.
