THE REASON
So, i've decided. I'm definently majoring in singing in college. I'm SOO excited! I seriously love to sing. In order to get more of a reputation I'm going to start singing at churches every sunday, sing at hockey games in the fall...well all sports. Then i'm going to start piano lessons again. I've always known how to play bc I took them before, but I want to get a lot better. Besides the music program requires you to take piano in college so why not start soon. I'm seriously soo excited. One of the only things that make me happy now is singing.
Oh and to update everyone on pops...it's May 20 and 21st. The theme is Broadway this year. It's going to be TIGHT fo sho!! I'm soo excited! I just found this awesome song that I'm going to sing. Concert choir is going to be my "backup" singers I guess you could say. The thing is I need a few girls to sing for me in that song, but finding the right voices and the time is so hard so Mrs. Schlaff decided to take a whole choir and have them sing back up for me. I'm sooo frickin excited! It's called "My Strongest Suit" from the musical AIDA. Yeayah. So for everyone that has liked pops concert in the past, definently go this year, its going to be awesome.
Oh and I just have to say that I LOVE the guys in choir. Talk about finding people you can just be yourself around and have SOO much fun no matter what you're doing. They are definently the definition of that. To Steve, Tony, Marcus, Matt, Ryan, and Ronnie...I love you guys! I love the person I am when I'm around you. I love the people you are. I love what you stand for and how we have fun. I will never forget April 19, 2004. That day was a start of great friendships that are going to be formed over the summer. Pops concert ISN'T the end. We'll all hang out after you graduate and you better come visit me. I LOVE you guys so much. I just want to let ya know. Thank you so much for being there for me and always understanding.
