Ah life

Iowa is so lush and green right now. We had gentle rain last night. The wetland behind our house is full of green plants and trees growing taller. Eric has dug his drainage channels and has laid most of the pipe. Some of the water will drain into a new pond.. Frogs and birds love our back yard.

Joe, April and I have been reading the Tortall series written by Tamora Pierce.
