We have fewer Canadian Geese now. I think a few hundred flew farther north. Two are floating on the lake. I find it very relaxing to watch geese floating on water. Once when I took a heart test I got my heart rate up on the treadmill and the nurse was watching to see how long before it went to normal. I pictured in my mind a pair of geese on the lake. My heart rate dropped to normal in a few seconds. The nurse turned in alarm to see if I had fainted. Ha. Guess that shows the power of mediation.
