I love this pot. It came with the house.
I love this pot too. I stole it from my mom. For about a year or two I've had this thing for owls.

I am really proud of my landscape lighting. It actually looks ridiculous because nobody on my street even turns on their porch lights at night and here my house looks like it's on fire.
My next big project will be remodeling the front bathroom. This will include tiling the floor, repainting everything white with a fresh coat of white, replacing all the knobs and hinges on the cabinets, new shower curtain, new towels, hanging a towel bar of some sort, hanging cubes and finding art to put in them, new rug. The color scheme is going to be brown (walls), white (tub and cabinets), and various colors of teals and blues. I want to get it done before Sarah comes back down in October- it's kind of arbitrary but it's a goal.
So last night I watched The Exorcism of Emily Rose. It was a little scary. Afterwards (around 11:15) I almost ran over to Jenny and Jeremy's because Travis was out playing poker but I was too scared to go outside. So I just turned on Girls Next Door and that kind of grounded me.
Girls only:
So I've started wearing my hair curly (Sarah, Sascha and Jenny- you'd be proud!) and this morning I straightened it again. So while straightening it I decided I kind of love it curly. I'll post pictures later. It took months of convincing (from Sascha, Sarah and Jenny) but I've finally crossed over and I love it. I'm a curly girl. The only problem is that I think I'll have to wash it a little more often but that's okay- overall it's easier.
Oh! I had a very successful Ulta makeup trip. Usually when I go into Ulta or Sephora or even the Mac counter at the mall I get completely overwhelmed and don't leave with anything because I want everything. So this time I focused and I bought a lipstain (which is exactly what I needed), some shiny blue and shiny copper eyeliner and an eyeliner sharpener. Pictures of this stuff to follow as well.
