Well I'm starting this challenge thing.. 6 weeks to get myself into gear..
I've got a pilates DVD waiting for me, but I need a snack. This is where it gets hard
I'm very hungry but I can only have a little.
Someone once told me, oh god I sound old, that if you get hungry to have a big glass
of water. Then wait 10 mins and if you're still hungry, have something to eat.
Sometimes your body is so confused, especially when you have bad eating habits, that
it thinks you're hungry when you're not.
I've booked my first appt with my dietician for next tuesday. The earliest I could get
considering she only works Tuesdays lol. $65 for the initial consultaion, then $30 for
everyone after that. I figure I'll only have to see her twice in my 6 weeks. Then, if
I want to, every 6 weeks. We'll see!
