3 weeks ill
stupid bugs. In teh last 3 weeks I have had:
a cold which interacted badly with my shakes and led to tonsillitis, then we had a brief dose of food poisoning. Then I got laryngitis followed by a heavy cold, guts were still not 100%, and tnen when I got off the boat my vertigo kicked in big time and was sure I was in a heavy swell all the time. I still have the cold, my energy levels are incredibly low, and I've finally given in and admitted I need some time off work to recover. Bugger.
