14 Valentines
If you've been following along with the 14 Valentines community, you've seen my essay on political action. If you haven't, here it is!
I have always liked the idea of 14 Valentines, and I've been following it for a number of years. I may be posting a little something special on the 14th, to commemorate the last day for this year. We've had some great essays and contributions in the the community, and it's so empowering to see women get together to raise awareness, to talk about important issues, and to have a little fun.

V can stand for vagina, like Eve Ensler's groundbreaking monologues. V can stand for violence, under whose auspices all women continue to make a home.
V can also stand for victory.
