Title: Redemption 50/50 Author: katherine_b Rating: PG Summary: When you have lost everything, what do you do to get it back? Characters: The non-Doctor first glimpsed at the end of Name of the Doctor and a lot of old friends.
Look at all he has achieved as the Vadlott: the lives he has saved, the friends he has made, the people whose lives are better because he was a part of them, even for such a short time. Most important of all, look at the wonderful people who have travelled with him and been part of his life, changing him from what he was then into the man he is now.

It's all any of us are... the sum of our parts. Good and bad, every experience necessary, if drattedly uncomfortable at times.
Dude, commenting on this fic, and trying not to use the same DW icons over and over when i wasn't too lazy to choose one, has made me realize how behind I am on making icons for DW. I don't have any of Clara!!!!
OMG seriously, I love it! I mean, I loved what Moffat did with War Doctor, but this fic... ohmygod, blows me away, the care and attention to detail and the fact you wrote so much of this for NaNo?!?!?!?! Moffat could do with taking lessons from you!
*lol* That is definitely a problem! (And yes, I keep finding the same thing.)
Yes, the War Doctor as shown by Moff is my new favourite Doctor (sorry, Ten) but a huge part of that is because of my fictional background, which I feel still ties in with it (and very carefully so) as we don't see the end of his regeneration.
The biggest lesson I would teach Moffat is that nobody - particularly not him - is perfect! *lol*
