Flannel-lined jeans

I am so sick of icy, stiff denim up against my skin, and I don't like the bunched up feeling of long underwear or tights under pants.

Do they make flannel-lined jeans? Could I make my own? Would it be really really hard?

And, most importantly, would they make my butt look big?
