Day in town was okay. I got up at 10 like I usually do of late and Ruth reminded me that we had an appointment at 12. That only gives me half hour to have breakfast and get ready and get dressed etc. I had forgotten the doctors appointment was at 12.

We got out not too late and listened to Fall Out Boy in the car. It was enough to distract me from the driving panic. There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the car, just that the roads closest to Hill End are shit and that was causing the extra vibrating. It went away once we got halfway to town and turned up again around the same spot on the way home. I'm sure I've noticed it before but after the whole window/plastic thing/tyres debacle the driving anxiety from last year turned up again.

Got to town a bit early. Sometimes that road takes a full hour and a half sometimes it's just under an hour. It's not traffic because there's fuck all there unless you get caught behind a truck or campervan. It doesn't seem to be linked to whether I'm pushing it or not either. I drove carefully and didn't get near the 100km/h limit because of the panic thing but we got there in just under an hour.

Doctors went okay. I don't know how much longer she'll be there. The other woman I see has already left. Because we're rural we get a lot of people doing their first year in doctoring (I'm pretty sure you're encouraged to do it in a rural area) before they head off to a city. It's annoying as I find a decent doctor and then have to start over again but the last guy I saw was one of the permanent docs and he wasn't very good.

She's trying to see if she can get me on a list to see a Cardiologist or neurologist in the public health system so it wont cost me more than my computer each time I go see them. No luck so far. Will probably have to head to Penrith for it which I can do but yeah.

She also doesn't seem to quite get POTS. She took my blood pressure sitting and then again after standing still for 2 mins. Ugh. It's really hard to do. I have spent the past 10 years not standing still because my blood pressure drops. I move about and I clench the muscles in my legs etc. I got a bit woozy but wasn't close to passing out. I need to stand longer for that or it has to be hot. Apparently my blood pressure dropped slightly so...

Spent the rest of the day feeling like shit. Went to the cafe to find we'd sold another carrot. Yay. Apparently the kid was really excited about it. Wish we'd seen it.
Did the shopping and didn't use the chair because my hands were dodgy and I was tired so I didn't think I could push myself and Ruth needs to push the trolley. I wish they had one that connected on to the chair but I couldn't even find those in Penrith Plaza so I doubt our tiny place would have one.

Made it home okay.

Yesterday I spent the whole day feeling like shit with massive fatigue.
I don't know if it was going out shopping or the blood pressure thing.

Last night Pip decided to bark all night. He usually only does it if he needs to pee or his water is empty. I got up and let him out (and again to let him in because he was out ages) and then again to fill up his water bowl. It wasn't empty but I filled it anyway. He barked again for the fourth time and I got Ruth to let him out. I thought maybe he had an icky tummy or something but no. He didn't want to to go at all. He barked a few more times and I ended up just shutting him in with us. He eventually settled down but yeah, didn't get a whole lot of sleep.

Still feel slightly better than I did yesterday so there's that.

I managed to get Pepper as Rescue on Avengers Academy though so I was happy about that. Wouldn't have if they hadn't dropped the requirements. I got the game late because I had to wait until I had an SD Card for my phone so I had room. I haven't even got Steve yet.
