I think this qualifies as the first time I've had the chance to be bored all year
have suddenly hit the one time of year here at CEB where things slow down a bit. I got through a pile of work this morning but have just been trying to keep myself busy throughout the afternoon with admin. and tomorrow, our team of designers will be going on our holiday event-we all agreed on going to see a sharks in 3D movie at the smithsonian theatre and then dinner in Chinatown. Should be nice. Would be nicer if it wasn't with work people though, blah blah.
Went to that Christmas party for the job interview and it went really well. They are supposed to call me back sometime this week and either tell me I got the job or invite me into the office again to meet more people (either way, I guess that's good). Just hope they call me before I have to leave for Michigan cause then the whole process would be post-poned another two weeks and I just have to get out of here before that!!!!
finally ordered my dress for the wedding. yay for J.crew! I just can't stand shopping. Those parking lots, those suburban mothers with so much pent-up angst! It just makes me feel gross to be out shopping with all of that floating around.
anyways, finally time to go home so I am outta here!!
