I just spent an hour and a half playing guitar. It's been a while, and my hands are a bit tired, but man did it ever feel good. Also, I want to re-string the beast... will see what I get paid from Acadia tomorrow, and then see what I can do with the credit card, and then see if I have enough tips left over to get some new strings this week.
In other news, I got an e-mail from Maia, whom I know from the outdoor soccer team, asking about Latin as a possible elective. Forwarded her the address for the syllabus that's online through the History and Classics webpage, and told her that it's steady work, but has the advantage of not requiring papers, and not putting lots and lots of focus on the final. Also offered to meet her so she could have a look at the textbook(s), if she doesn't want to go to the library for them.
