.. is realising you need to add distance to your normal running route if you're to keep physically challenging yourself. And realising how much time you've shaved off the running of the normal route without even trying.
Soccer has been good for me. And if I can get a run or two in every week, that will in turn be good for soccer.
And Ivan was a bit sore when I started out, but by the end, was feeling more solid and good than the other knee. Although its stability has been improving greatly since I've been sharing the physio stuff with it at the gym.
