The Incredible, Time-Travelling Jacket!!

Last week, my son brought home an unknown blue jacket from school.  On the jacket was a note, "Thank you for labeling your clothes.  This jacket was found and returned to Now, the jacket is one size bigger than my son's current size, but it fits him quite comfortably, with lots of growing room.  It's made of sweatshirt material, and looks like

That is awesome but i doubt the Dr who connection becasue if you had an encounter with the doctor an average of 70% of the people you know would be dead. he's not he only time traveler you know

Well I haven't developed them from my point of view yet

though i did always say if i d o figure it out I'd like to send a vauge but encouraging message to myself not to give up.

Before I moved out here a man dressed all in black with short white hair and only slightly pudgy with a younger looking woman walked up to a friend of mine and me in a restaurant in Harrisburg. Apropos of nothing he said to me.
"you're on the right track."

now i would say he clearly didn't look like any future me I can imagine
