the phone rang. the caller id said "langston." the langstongs are my dads cousins. from my dads side of the family we only talk to them, and my uncle billy. he has 4 other siblings, that have disinvolved themself from my family (every family has their story, this is ours).
so theyre askin how everything is, and then she goes this is your aunt betty anne..
weirdest thing ever. i havent seen this woman since i was 4. apparently my uncle jack is visitng this week. havent seen him since i was 4 as well. my siblings all ahev memories of these people but since i was the youngest id ont know them at all, and i dont want to get to know them. i guess its really great that they are caring, but yea, theyre 14 years too late
moving on, today was nice. i gotlots and lots of hugs and that made me happy. but i really wanted to be home and see how my daddy was doing. robert burned me like a million awesome CDs so im burning them onto my computer now and im really excited
