The verve - bittersweet symphony: reminds me of lying in bed in 5th grade when I used to share a room with laura

The specials: their whole first album: reminds me of being in my room grounded because that’s ALL I listened to.

Bouncing souls - broken record: reminds me of this past summer; and driving back from the catch 22 show, knowing that I had lied myself into my grave and was going to be grounded. Interestingly enough the lyrics “no where to run from myself no where to hide from the truth.”

The lion king soundtrack: long drives back and forth to boston/cape cod
Weezer - Buddy holly: sitting in my playroom in 2nd grade watching the video over and over

Weezer - undone [the sweater song]: my sister laura taking me for a drive with the top of logan off, with the all those fluffy im-not-a-dandy-lion-anymore things flying into the car. The end of the song reminds me of being scared cos when I was younger it scared me

Basically weezer, mainly the blue album, brings back memories from 2nd grade till now. Buddy holly especially. That song also reminds me of when my sister came back from seeing Lush at the troc, saying she met rivers. The green album is freshman year to the max.

Beach boys - kokamo: being in my old room-my brother’s room at the time and jumping on his bed

Bouncing souls - manthem: dance parties with Helena and taranae. This past summer..

Bouncing souls - True believers: my trip to California..my amazing group..DG..

50 cent- in da club: driving in Weehawken with jeff and mary, in heidi 5, REALLY slow, with the windows rolled down.

Depeche mode/ the pixies/the cure/ etc.: every single song by these bands and many more reminds me of being very young in either marys old room or visiting her in college

The cranberries: 5th grade and Christine santo

Spice girls: Caitlin beards house and always going over to dress up as them and do dances. Also Terri from Ireland

Phil Collins: the 80s; driving to my grammas, and <3patrick Kelly

Distorted penguins - sexi lexi: early junior year, driving around Randolph with my new liscence

Foo fighters: Dylan and Saturday night at my first SEARCH
Hanson - mmbop: jumping on my trampoline with my sister in 5th grade, wearing my red jacket

Nine days - madding crowd: the very end of freshman year. Being outside with lots of people

Stroke 9: that first album reminds me of dancing crazily on New Years Eve

I guess that’s all ill write for now (I could go on forever). Certain 90s “dance” songs bring me straight back to my old old/current room (haha) sitting at my desk surrounded my Leonardo dicaprio pictures. And of course, the beloved wheels in motion [r.i.p.].
