More Faerie Story :)
Y'know, I'm not really sure if this main character is a boy or a girl. It's probably a girl, but I'm not sure...
tis is a verry verrry quickie bit. sorry.
I started running to catch up to her. "Hey! wait!"
She stopped and sat on the golden sand, legs curled up under her. I had to keep running for quite a long time before I caught up. She said not a word, but seized my T-shirt by the neck and stood up. And up. And up. She was several feet over the sand before she started moving again, pulling me along.
It wasn't long before a huge black shadow loomed into my vision over the wavering horizon.
"It's a..." I squinted at the monstrously large object. "A tree?"
