(no subject)
look everyone, i'm not only at the livejournal website, but i'm actually updating my journal!
*gives everyone reading this a moment to pick themselves up of the floor*
lol is has been a long time since i've updated this thing hasn't it? the only reason i am is because Nick persuaded me to, he said it's a good way to keep track of what we're up to, which i thought was also a good idea. and, if Trevor or Britt are reading this too, please guys update yours as well! you're livejournals were always very interesting (Britt's) or amusing (Trevor's)
so....what can i talk about. hmm. i can make coffees well now, the milk no longer screams at me when i'm steaming it (if anyone had previously walked through settlement city and heard "screaming" milk and an enraged guy yelling "stop you're slaughtering the milk!' you now know where that came from). so if anyone ever desires a coffee, please come to the patisserie and i'll make you one! or milkshake or chiller, whichever you prefer. we've been having quite a few busy days but most of the time there's not alot happening there. us workers will usually be standing there talking until one of us can feel Rick's (my boss) eyes glaring at us, and then we'll each hastily grab a cloth and quickly start wiping a bench that would have already been wiped down about 30 times that day. one note of praise i will give the patisserie; it has very, VERY clean benches, especially on Thursday nights, when there are about 5 customers that come along.
okay that's enough for tonight, in my next entry i'll tell you about tafe, and don't worry it'll be much more interesting than making coffee and wiping benches
