men in suits - I've started wondering if this is bc I'd go to synagogue with my dad every Sat, so manliness was associated with wearing nice clothes, but girls in nice dresses don't so who knows;
all things Southern, including but not limited to magnolias, gardenias, sweet tea, barbecue, accents, men who taste like bourbon, and "I'm your huckleberry";
patches of white hair mixed in with the black - I might've put glasses on this list, but who doesn't have that fetish?;
weres and foxgirls and generally pr0n with science fiction/fantasy elements - TG the robot pr0n post never got tagged and is thus lost in the mists of time;
people with a high VO2 max and/or the ability to support my weight while we're fscking
Things I don't like:
toothpaste & brushing one's teeth outside the bathroom - I'm no longer having sex with Bruce Wayne bc of this and the next item, even though he has a ginormous ahem and the highest VO2 max of anyone I know;
fake smells designed to cover other smells - I have a very sensitive sense of

Things I like:
Women in uniform - Pretty much any uniform will do but I have a particular fondness for Word War II era uniforms (US and German). Trashy vampire fiction - Unusual because I've got that whole heterosexual male thing going for me. I do draw the line at trashy romances though. Being tied up and ignored - TMI? Baseball statistics - I'd much rather read a box score than sit through a game or some sports writer nattering on about the game. The numbers tell the real story. Bringing about the crushing defeat of my enemies - its sad that this is considered unusual.
Things I don't like:
Fluffy bunnies - I blame Asheron's Call for this dislike. Big Bang Theory - The TV show not the actual theory itself (and trust me in my home this is very unusual). Online colleges - Which isn't to say that I won't earn my degree through University of Phoenix, just that the entire process as it exists now only serves to separate me from my money in exchange for a piece of paper. There is no real knowledge transfer. Silk - can't stand the way

It autoscreened me. I figured your were being proactive in you efforts to prevent me from hijacking your journal entry.
Re: Big Bang Theory. I hate shows that make smart people out to be stupid. I also hate shows that leverage sterotypes to make people look stupid. And I really hate shows that leverage sterotypes about smart people to make them into stupid people. Plus Wesley Crusher made an apperance and my burning hate directed at all things ST:TNG knows few bounds.

Computers hate me and as a result your journal is premptively screening my comments just out of spite.
Which is ok, I'll get my revenge when my global EMP device is finished and I turn the world into post apocalyptic Seattle.
Favorite Star Trek is either DS9 (season three and later) or TOS (Shatner Rocks) Voyager would also be high on the list if the ratio of good episodes ("Ex Post Facto", "Year of Hell" one and two, "Alice", "Freindship One") to bad episodes (pretty much having to do with Kim, kids, and baby borgs) wasn't so low.
Hijack = you start a thread about you and I talk about mesgtkaneJune 16 2010, 23:35:10 UTC
Most of the Star Treks got better as time went on. Seasons one and two of DS9 were "alright" and likely are among the best first two seasons of the franchise (excluding TOS), which isn't saying all that much. Even TNG and Enterprise got a little better in later seasons, but Voyager, started hitting its stride midway through season three and then went to crap in season four.
Very sad days...though it made for some intresting (and by intresting I mean horrific) slash fiction involving Kim, Janeway, and Paris.

Now that I'm not at work, I can confess the German uniform thing works for me too, visually, and probably could go some wonderful places if it wasn't so darn un-PC.
Trashy vampire fiction.... oh yes. I'm currently reading Bullet and it's laughably bad - she ignores stuff from The last book for goodness' sakes - but there's enough hot dialogue that I'll keep reading, alas.
Being tied up and ignored is far from tmi. I have regular fantasies about being mummified and allowed to nap like that. It's not my kink, but why not?
I'm somehow not surprised you like numbers that much. I just wish you got to use that more often at work.
You've never tried to find that fantasy suit? (I'm glad you want to wear the pants there; someone ought to, and I don't.) I have yet to find my perfect semi-formal wear there... I do well in ballgowns, but often feel awkward in that space between silk-and-Dockers and full blown Scarlett O'Hara.
I shall take your opinion as a comfort should I ever decide to stop dyeing and let my hair grow out naturally. I suspect I'll wait until full grey to do it, though -- my annoying all-colors-and-none natural color just aggravates me. It's not black, it's not blonde, it's not really brown or red, it's just sort of a nothing color. Salt and three-peppercorn-pepper is not as distinguished, trust me.
I have a set of tails I got on eBay that look pretty good. In looking for the fittings for it, I went to a menswear store and tried on a better fitting one, which was amazing. With the teensiest bit of encouragement, I could probably be talked into continuing with this fetish ;) and I get the impression Pongo would not be averse to it either ;)

I *heart* silk (unless it's winter in which case I like cashmere better) bc it's light and warm/cool.
I'm surprised you don't like Big Bang Theory - it was on my queue. What don't you like about it?
Bunnies, huh?

And not just bunnies, only fluffy bunnies.

I read Wil Wheaton on twitter. He's kinda funny sometimes.
Wait, which is your favorite Star Trek then? I assume it's DS9 or maybe Enterprise.

White streaks are completely hot. I am annoyed that I get salt-and-pepper grey rather than nicely dramatic streaking.

Actually, I'm at least as much into salt-and-pepper as streaks *coughs*
