Good morning!! I'm in Santa Cruz, on Marys bed, but I don't know where Mary is. I think she is in class. Dezzy is still asleep, we woke up 18 minutes ago (1:00pm). We had a very long night of partying and fell asleep at 5 am. I ate Marys pita bread and her granola cereal last night, sorry Mary. Santa Cruz is beautiful, it's like a little beach town! The people here are pretty cool too. The trip here was LONG. We took the bus from LA to Bakersfield, train from Bakersfield to Merced and a long BUMPY ass bus ride from Merced to Santa Cruz. Total travel time was 11 hours, crazy huh?? We left LA at 1 in the morning and got to Santa Cruz at 12:30 pm or something. The bus rides were ridiculous, so BUMPY! That didn't give us a chance to sleep much, although we kind of did on the last bus because it was only Me,Dez, Raul and 2 other people. So the bus was all ours and we laid on the seats and knocked out. But I kept waking up because of the bumps, but it was an interesting trip. I loved the train ride, I have never been on Amtrak before, it was fun! We sat there, we ate and chatted. Then I knocked out with no interruptions.

The first night we (Dez and I )went over to Marys house and chilled. Then we met up with Raul and his friend Paul and his girlfriend APril. We headed over to their apartment which is SUPER cute and they had cooked dinner for us. It was delicious! After that we went over to watch Good Luck CHuck and we just walked in and watched the movie for free ;D. They don't even check anything...cool, free movies. Last night we went to a bar at like 12 am and I don't even know what time we came home, I just know what time we went to sleep. I wandered off like an idiot, but good thing Mary came for me. I shouldn't have left ;X sorry Mar ;X. Yesterday all I ate were banana chips, Desires cashews and Cheerios. Yea...our eating habits here haven't been so great. Dez is in the shower now, so I have nothing to do. Marys having a party at her house tonight, I can't wait. Her house is pretty big, it's a Victorian with like 11 people living in it or something. SO it's huge and there's always someone around, a Real World type of place, I LOVE IT. This is probably one of the funnest trips I've ever been on. I feel SO AT HOME Here, since the first damn day. I don't what it is about Santa Cruz, but it's very homey. I don't want to go home, I'd love to live life like this.
