Second Reprise
So things were finally starting to sort out at uni. I was enrolled. I had my lesson ready. It had been changed on my VC or CV or what ever the fuck its called.
Until a phone call today from Jenny
Apparently that fuckwit in Hartley admin enrolled me in 1st year prac - piano. I have already done 1st year performance (same class, higher standard essentially) on saxophone. When i first discussed changing instruments, they never told me that i would have to REPEAT FIRST YEAR again. Which delays my process by another two years, meaning that I would have to do first year this year, second year next year (essentially it should be my FINAL year), and only THEN could i do 4th year. My course graduation would be delayed by two fucking years because of an 'overlook'.
I am so ready to just chuck the whole fucking thing in. Jenny thinks she can find a loop hole, or at least enquiry that "two years of performance must be completed" - do they necessarily have to be two years on the same isntrument. The most annoying thing is she said there is email discussion going on between her, liz, lucinda, diana, and victoria via email- WHY THE HELL DON'T I GET NOTIFIED WHEN THIS CAN EFFECT THE OUTCOME OF MY CAREER. WHY ARE YOU DISCUSSING THIS ALL WEEK, AND YOU ONLY CALL ME TODAY, THE LAST DAY BEFORE UNI GOES BACK, WHEN I HAVE ABSOULTELY NO POWER OVER WHAT WILL HAPPEN, BUT HAVE TO SMILE AND BEAR THE SENTENCE YOU GIVE ME BECAUSE OF A FUCKING BUERACRY.
