Tim Minchin?
I know him.
The guy who copied Bill Bailey's (Manny) hair style.
He moved from Perth to Melbourne about a year before I moved from Melbourne to Perth.
Was a lead in the PTC production of Amadeus (last year or 2006?).
Used to play at The Butterfly Club in South Melbourne?

Thats the guy - skinny manny, in a tux and eyeliner :P I saw him on the ABC playing on Paul McDermotts 'The Sideshow', and found some more of his stuff. Did you move to avoid him :P

I got out before he started to affect property values in Melbourne.

But it was a pointless move, because he now lives in London and devalues property there.
