shading some lite on the uncertainties

Wowza...what a spring break. I was blessed to be able to go to Washington DC with my Marietta boys and girls...that was a blast! I got to know lots of cool people a lot better and I grew up a little bit on that trip, being on my own instead of relying on someone else. FUN TIMES!
The rest of break I went back to the homestead in good ol' Morgan County, O. and relaxed like it was in my job description. I slept in LATE, got some homework done, and lazed around playing with Sadie, my precious puppy! I got my hair cut and highlited..now I have a "blonde moment" excuse...YES! ;)
Let's see...things at school are amazing! Marietta is terrific...;) I can't believe that I only have like 7 weeks left of my freshmen year of college..it's a little freaky. I had a nice tic-talk with Inessa (my McDonald's eatery buddy) about it. It's really weird...time flies I guess and there reallly isn't anything that we can do...just cherish the memories! I really should be working on homework and that shizzle, but do I really feel like it? Nope..it's amazingly beautiful outside! The sun is shining and it feels like spring, kind of....it's still chilly but I hope that it stays sunny, because it really lifts my spirits.
I got a card from my best friend from high school today! It really made my day because I saw her and talked to her briefly over break, but I just loved the card...she rocks my socks...I miss her and all the good times that we had. But, I am really going to miss all my MC friends over the summer, especially the seniors that I've built meaningful relationships with in choir or other various clubs and classes..sadness! Oh, enough of that..SUNNY and BRIGHT thoughts of warm fuzziness to you all!
