Well it's about time there is a holiday devoted to all that we loved about the 80's, and we're here to fulfill that need!!! National 80's Day, accruing on April 21, is for all of the Flamboyant Indie Smith fans (We still love you, Morrissey!) and the Superior Cure fans alike (We never doubted you, Robert!). This Holiday is for those who love Billy Idol to Boy George, Madonna to Siouxsie Sioux and the Banshees!!! This is National 80's day!!! A new holiday that will be held on April 21 for the first time this year! This holiday is made for all of the people who look back on the 80's with a fond memory of joy and fantasy. It doesn't matter if you were there or not this is the time for you to celebrate it now. Spread the word and get your polka dots ready; The 80's are coming, again!!!

So go to your nearest Goodwill or St. Vinnes and bust out the Day Glow and ask the world to dance! This is THE day to pay tribute to your favorite 80's icons. Be anything from a Valley Girl to a Punk Rawk Star... This is a day to be ANYTHING you want.
