September is back. Robin started another co-op term at Durham region this morning. Rob started his new job installing windows and doors with an experienced carpenter. Liam started grade 6; and I went back to work after having a loverly week off.
As much as things change, some things never do.
I think I'm growing up. :)
Ten Things I Learned This Summer:
1) 2 people + 1 bedroom = abyss
2) If you think that something isn't right, you should follow your gut. You'll end up feeling a lot better in the end.
3) It's important to make room for love in your life.
4) Anything can be talked out provided you're willing to listen.
5) 4:20 is a magical time
6) High school actually does end, and the things that used to be considered "very high school" just become "very" something else.
7) 22 is too old for bullshit.
8) Goodbye, when used in the truest sense, is the hardest word to say.
9) A driver's license is not so much just a luxury. It prevents your life from being HELL.
10) As much as things change, some never do. ;)
Hope everyone had a great summer and has a fantastic year ahead.
