Much ado about nothing
Here we are...11 days into June, and it is finally a summerish kind of day. Of course, as is my usual luck, I was stuck inside all day. Bah...
William is daily growing...still having a tough time potty training this ornery little boy. I may have to start taking drastic measures since m&ms don't seem to be a good enough motivation, nor are Thomas and Lightning McQueen big boy underwear. I am going to try going the underwear and plastic pants route once I find someplace that still sells them. Should that fail, I may have no other choice but to confiscate all of his Thomas engines and make him earn them back daily with successful potty attempts. I'd hate to do it, but there is no doubt that it would get his full attention.
Otherwise...been working, crocheting, trying to take advantage of the few decent weekend days we've had so far. Been planting a vegetable garden over at a friend/co-worker's house. Got four kinds of tomatoes, four kinds of peppers, radishes, green beans, cucumber, zucchini, cantelope, and chives. Everything but the cucumber and melon is growing...no sprouts from those two yet, but I'm hoping still. William had a blast helping too...I had to retrieve many of his Chuck Trucks from an early grave. Lol
Hoping to hang out with jenny_junipurr this weekend if she's still up for it. Haven't seen her and the family in way too long.
