Oh man! Talk about fantastic episodes! I do believe I have a new favorite episode.
The Gibbs/Tony interaction in this one was amazing. It was about time that the writers brought back some of that relationship. In the earlier seasons it was quite apparent that they both knew information about each other and that they spent time together outside of work on occasion. Since season four we haven't seen that as much, but man oh man did this episode bring it back.
Oh, and of course the whole 'What's your alibi' bit was great. Only Tony could be accused of murder three times in as many years, even he mentioned that he had almost made it a year without being accused of murder.
