I blog my blood glucose readings, but I don't normally make them public. However, I've just reduced a dodgy 11.8 to a healthy 7.8, by spending about half an hour ferrying things to and from the laundry round the back of the house. I rock. And my drugs work, if I give them a chance by using my muscles a little.

If further trials on cinnamon are successful, I shall be all over it like a shot (although gods know what it'll do to my reflux. %-)

I haven't seen any scientific stuff on turmeric, but I'll keep my eye out. Ta!

I kind of hope so - peppermint tea and sweets helped my terrible tum a bit, but peppermint oil capsules just about saved my life! :-)
