Is there a need within Doctor Who fandom for some sort of transcript service for fans with vision or hearing difficulties? People often very kindly put up transcripts of TV and radio interviews and magazine articles, but I'm wondering if some sort of request-a-transcript service might be useful. Unless there already is one? (ihasatardis is probably a lost cause, though.)
