"Why Is Everybody So Stupid?"
First off.... I had an 8 hour shift today... and I DID NOT appreciate Jose asking me to stay another 15 minutes to draw on the advertising board thing... so I told him flat out no, that I was gonna do a little pre-closing for them because it was more beneficial to their night and that after that I had to leave.
Next... I AM ANTI-FRAPPUCCINO... those damn things really piss me off, they take forever to make and everyone fucking orders them....and they seem to be the #1 thing people will throw a fit over how it's made.... they destroyed my good mood today.
Lastly.... it's NOT smart to tell the new girls to do some promo thing with iced coffee and have them hand out free tall iced drink cupons until AFTER customers have ordered because for 15 minutes straight we must have made free drinks for people... when I pointed this out to Jose... he went out and took my advice and told them to give them out to people as they were leaving (THANK YOU VERY MUCH!)
Also, I'm getting fairly annoyed at the agency I'm trying to be released from, I've written them, e-mailed AND now called and left a message YET no one has bothered to give me any form of a response what-so-ever!
