[attempt # 2] pink? [oct 14, 2:30ish]
this morning i awoke and found that i could not open my eye.
my left eyelids were glued together and i had to spend a good five minutes washing the gunk out with warm water.
pink eye. great.
i washed my hands eight hundred times and bought antibacterial soap for the house. warned my house mates and konstantin that im contagious and my pillowcase is not to be shared.
that was three hours ago.
now, my eye is not pink at all. there is no guck. it does not bother me.
so now im wondering: was it just irritated from the massive amounts of water? maybe the discharge and the puffiness was just a result of last night?
at any rate, im feeling oddly happy. and wanting to take snapshots of everything and everyone.
then i remember that all those papers on my bed signify that is should be studying for my lab practicum this tuesday. i've avoided dissection all through school, that doesn’t fly here. it took me a while to make sure i dont throw up. turns out im a surprisingly good at dissecting stuff.
so tuesday.
ahem.
why the hell am i so restless right now?
i really like the "my favorite things" idea that nola posted. although i think i want to make a "list" on one of my walls instead.
