so kt tunstall put out a new acoustic album. for me it's definitely one of those "wow, she's been living my life" albums - every song hits me square in the chest with all the stuff in my head and on my heart. so of course i've spent the last few days listening to it obsessively. if you never listen to kt or absolutely hated "black horse and the cherry tree", go download a song called "ashes" - it's the complete antithesis of her last album, not to mention ironically hilarious. at the moment, this is on repeat on my iTunes:
