our first christmas together as a married couple was quite enjoyable. 2 days before christmas i had this crazy idea that we could invite his family over for christmas dinner. so there i was christmas eve buying a $60 piece of rib roast from costco. now that i look back it was kind of a crazy investment seeing that i had NEVER made a roast before. but i managed, pretty well i might add. o right we also went to ikea christmas eve to buy extra plates, utensils, etc. stupid. should have just bought disposables. totally don't have room for all these extra plates.

"to the left to the left" out of our window. we will have been here for 1 year tomorrow.

having said that. we're in the midst of "home" hunting again. with 3 animals and some baby talk in the works this 1 bedroom and den thing isn't cutting it anymore. we need to stay downtown. i transfered out of chinatown and now i'm at the main office in downtown. i LOVE it. takes me at most 10 minutes to get to work on skytrain. if i walk (which i've been doing for the last couple of days - yay to losing weight!), 20 minutes. robson is 2 blocks away. downtown is great!! why would anyone ever want to live away from the city!!?!
