Jolly Christmas and Merry New Year to all and sundry. Once again I return to the wonders also known as Livejournal, with many an interesting story to tell. I hope everyone had good holidays. I did...although I probably should have done a bit more work...
For Christmas, I got some Calvin and Hobbes, a fluffy scarf and various other items to fill my day with entertainment. It was good, though my grandparents came, and I actually put on weight over the festive season for the first time ever. Unfair. Normally I don't eat anything, but my mum let me put ketchup on my food this year so I ate loads and am consequently a tad pudgy for it!
Now I am back at University and until 4pm today was doing exams. Now they have finished and I have nothing to do for a week; a week which I plan to spend relaxing and watching TV. I cannot wait! My exams went okay, thanks for caring, and hopefully I passed Linguistics, having freaked out for the first time ever before an exam. Damned Rachel and her panicky ways...
Have made the final decision about habitation for next year. I am living with Jim's girlfriend Martha, two of her friends; Dan (who Tasha hates) and Rahul (whose name I cannot prounounce. It seems simple but it isn't...), and two other girls, one of whom I have met (Nicky) and who is lovely, so I am happy.
Oxley (new accommodation) is rocking out! I have befriended Marcus' girlfriend Hayley, who is lovely and funny and took a liking to me instantly, for some reason. Her flatmate Carly is also lovely and we swapped many a story about accidents in the family. I mentioned my brother putting his foot through a window last year, she mentioned how her sister cracked her head open with a Puppy in my Pocket. (No, I had never heard of that either!) Fun and games.
Now I am at Terry's, about to sleep and looking forward to my dossing off week.
