Yuckkkk about the heat. It has been in the 80s and 90s up here, so I feel your pain about the no A/C thing. ARghhh.
And we'll have to catch up soon about new housemate and whatnot. Hope this one goes better. And you know what? Living alone kind of rules most of the time (and rules even more when you have somebody paying rent). :)

and we NEED TO OMG. though new housemate isnt' set to move in until friday night, so that'll be interesting. and current housemate actually went pretty well, just too short, so you know, i'm philosophical about the trade off.
and i may be on the phone to you more often now if i'm knockign around here all by myself, you know? though it'll also be an adventure for the summer!
speaking of, any summer plans for taking a vacation and coming down here? any month but july? you know you want to!!
