ALLLLMOST made it at midnight (but didn't because LJ's photobucket, while convenient, inverts your photograph order as you upload. So awesome. NOT.) I declare it's still Wednesday because I haven't gone to sleep yet. That works right?
ANYWAY, enough complaining. These are pics from Tahoe and Mokelumne Hill and Jackson (in California) - my latter travels!

and now to Jackson, and the hill my mom swears is called French Hill, but according to the maps and the internet, is called Jackson Butte.

If you look VEEERY closely, my mom is standing in front of the wheel on the left hand side of the building (but still in front of the windows). Now, she does only stand 5 ft tall, but still, that gives you an idea of how massive this thing is.

For just around a year I lived in this place! It's in Mokelumne Hill, on main street.

The Mokelumne River. Which is awesome, beautiful, fast, and COLD.
The windy road home (well, back to my Mom's place, at least)
