Kate, It's Joel
Now why do you want to get a tatoo???
I'd say don't get it at all, but if you choose to, at least wait until you're back in the states.

Just my opinion FWIW.
Luv Ya.

You're just not a huge fan of tatoos in general though Joel. Would you rather have me get a piercing? Don't answer that, I already know that anser. ;-)

And if I wait unitl I'm back in the State, I probably won't do it due to family. They're about as keen of me getting a tatoo as they were of me joining the PC-as in not at all.

Fair enough. You're right. I don't like tatoos. The decision is completely up to you. The reason that I would want you to wait until you get home is that you NEED to make sure that it's a clean enviroment and clean needles. To much crap has been passed around from contaminated needles.

It really just screams you... If you were to get it I don't think you'd regret it. I was actually thinking brown rather than black. Black tattoos always seem to jump out too much, but a brown would make it look a little softer, kinda henna like. And you could always do it somewhere where you won't have to see the needle

Brown, huh? That's not a bad idea...

And I was thinking about my foot. Two of my friends here have tatoo's on their feet and I really like it. One has a fish, in honor of his uncle who died on 9/11 and had a fish on his foot, and one has a dove, as in the symbol of peace.

that's where I'm planning on getting mine when I eventually get it. Except I want mine on the inside of my heel and it's really small. The only problem you may run into with having it on your foot is size and the amount of detail that would be able to be put in

and as for it being a clean place.. maybe not doing it in Romania. But some place like Germany likely has you know, health standards. Just plan it enough in advance so you can get some good anti-bacterial soap and maybe don't have to walk a lot right after

I live in Zalau, which is North of Cluj-Napoca.

I've only heard of four of those cities: Arad, Baia Mare, Iasi and Targu Jiu. But, what are you looking for in a site, because these cities are all over the map-location wise, size wise and entertainment wise. How did you choose these cities?

Are you PC? I'm kind of confused as to who you are, and how you found my blog. (That was really abrupt, sorry, don't take it the wrong way. Romania has made me lose all of my tact.)

Well, that's cool. I don't know who pisica is, but welcome anyway.

As far as big Romanian cities, cross out some of those cities on your list. Try Cluj (Offically Cluj-Napoca), Isti, Oradea, Constanta, Timisoara, Sibiu, Brosov and of course Buc the capital.
