shakespeare retold
I just watched the Shakespeare Retold of Macbeth and Much Ado About Nothing and they were so brilliant.
James McAvoy as Macbeth being the head chef at a upscale restaurant and Keeley Hawes as Ella (Lady Macbeth) as the hostess. They were so utterly fantastic together and they portrayed slipping into to madness excellently. argh want to watch it again since its was so great!.
Damian Lewis as Benedict and Sarah Parish as Beatrice was fantastic as well. I really enjoyed Billie Piper as Hero and Tom Ellis as Claude (Claudio). The whole thing was sweet and heartbreaking!! This makes me want to see David Tennant & Catherine Tate version so much now, but sadly not going to happen. *sigh*
