Note to self: Masochistic urges to watch Requiem for a Dream should not be fulfilled between the hours of 10pm and 10 am, and also 10am and 10pm (even if Rachel supports the urges and Alison hasn't seen it). Don't do it to yourself. It might be amazingly fantastic but the general sense of despair/self-loathing it inspires will only be partially reduced by the musical episode of Buffy and will lead to a night of miserable self-reflection as opposed to happy football celebrating.
