Yes, I'm definitely staying to get my post-master's certificate in midwifery. Yesterday was commencement and it was delightful. This summer I'm spending clinical at the same clinic I was at for spring quarter which is awesome. I love my preceptor, I know the patients and the office so it'll be a breeze. My preceptor told me she'd like to hire me once I get my FNP this quarter. They're expanding their practice and want someone to do Saturday urgent care hours.
Things are going well with Tex. He went to a school barbecue with me on Saturday and stopped by my commencement celebration party for a little while. Turns out he really is allergic to cats so he's been snuffly since last night, poor guy. And now I'm sure he'll never set foot in my condo again, more's the pity.
I'm going to San Diego to visit my granny on Tuesday then back on Thursday before school starts again on Tuesday.
