as you have all noticed, this community has been inactive for quite some time. i apologize for that. it's just that i got really busy a while back and i gave away some of my communities. but this one just kind of died. i didn't want to give it up, but at the same time i didn't really have the motivation to keep this going. well, i've been meaning to bring it back from the dead a while now, but i've never really had any clear idea about what to do with this community.
and today, it suddenly hit me. since there's a fantastic kate beckinsale icon stillness community kate_stills, there's not really a point to continue this as a similar community. i mean eventually the pictures start to repeat themselves and i suppose all the people participating would grow tired eventually. so, after my little chat with lady_iz (who runs kate_stills> last week i really started thinking and came up with this idea-
why not make this community a LIMS (Last Icon Maker Standing) community?
(if you don't know what that's all about, go check out lg_lims, xf_lims or dom_lims!)
so, now i'm here to ask what you think of all this?
i mean i've been thinking that there's no kate LIMS communities out there and that it would be really fun to have one. so would any of you be interested in participating?
and if it turns out that this community will turn into a lims community, would you be interested in continuing under the same name (kateb_challenge) or would you prefer if an entirely new community was created (kateb_lims or beckinsale_lims for example)?
so please let me know, i'll be waiting for your response =)
