(no subject)
Alas, Ellen is gone and I must do work. Specifically:
-1 Essay, 5-6 pages, on Wotan's evolution in the Ring Cycle. Due Friday. Worth, like, 100% of my midterm grade. Maybe 25% done.
-1 Essay, 5-7 pages, on a garden scene from the Bible and how it relates to Eros. Due Friday. Worth, like, 75% of my midterm grade. Unstarted.
-100 pages on homosexuality in the clergy, which sounds like it'd be interesting but is terriably dry.
-Stats problems. 5 chapters of them. Which isn't as bad as it sounds as I've done the reading, but is nonetheless discouraging.
Then there is the non-vital-at-the-moment but nonetheless torturous amount of work that must get done eventually... as well as the Boston College and Northwestern University suppliments. However, I did finish the Barnard one. But I'd like to have ALL of that done by Friday too. Which, um, oh god, how do I do these things to myself.
And also. I wish SO MUCH that it was sunny.
