8 mile and dry ice
Hey all, so today has been an interesting day! I had to drive all the way out to 8 mile east of the lodge! OMG. I had to get dry ice for this experiment I'm doing in astronomy. The guy who gave me directions said it was right by Meijers. Haha, well my dumb blonde white ass though he meant the store instead of the road. So I couldn't find the freakin place in the middle of ghetto town.
To make a long story short, I got the ice but didn't have anything to put it in thinking I'd get it at meijers. So I went to the Kroger around the corner. There was this black guy holding a thing of cheese talking to himself and he kept on coming over to where I was. When I went to check out he was getting kicked out of the store. So of course I don't even have a cell phone and I needed to make a call to tell a girl in my lab that I was going to be late. The guy comes up to me and starts talking jibberish!! I was like what the hell do I do!! So a police officer came over and told the guy he would have to leave or he was going to call the police! The guy was like," you call the fucken police, I shoot the police." So yeah, that was exciting...didn't take me long to get the hell out of there! :) haha
Anyways, that's about it. Can't wait until Toronto this weekend!! Fun Fun.
