From reading this, it sounds as if you're already in a pretty good place with this. You know the things you regret, you know there might have been very little difference, and you know that you were raised by two people who loved you (and NOT raised in a dysfunctional home).

It could be an unresolved wound, but it doesn't have to be, and I hope you find whatever answers to these questions you can.

It's a tough road to go down, working through all those feelings and hurt. Good for you for seeking help from a therapist and pushing through to the good place you are now.
