In honor of International Pixel-Stained Technopeasant Day (
explanation), I've put up my law review piece called
"Beyond 'Guilty' or 'Not Guilty': Giving Special Verdicts in Criminal Jury Trials". It's not science fiction or fantasy, or indeed even fiction, but it is 20K of words that were published and have since been cited by two appellate courts, and it's all I've got. (I've been meaning to do this for a while anyway; it's not likely that anyone who needs it wouldn't have Lexis or Westlaw, but you never know, and this is what the web is for.)
